Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all our orders in USD currency. Your order will automatically be converted to your local currency with respect to the current exchange rate of your country.
Where can I get updates on my orders?

When will I get my tracking number?
If you just received an order notification please check your email for tracking number after 72 hours.
Will I get email updates about my order status?
Yes, Absolutely! you will get email updates till the package reaches at your door.
How will I receive my multiple products in one order?
If your single order contains more than one item, we may split your order into multiple shipments. This is because each product may be available in different warehouse locations. If this occurs, you’ll be notified each product separately and will be shipped in separate delivery timelines.

Why my orders are taking more time for delivery than the shipping time mentioned in livehealthyfit.com?
At this moment, Your order may take longer than usual due to Covid19 pandemic situation. Supply chain is in a slow progress from the manufacturer to warehouse, shipping and packaging. Moreover, we usually receive high volume of orders. The length of time it will take to arrive to you depends on the production time and availability of the products as well.
There are circumstances that are out of our control such as delays in shipping carriers, natural disasters, holidays, weather and so. The rest is assured. We promise to deliver our goods with 100% satisfaction to our customers.
ORDER CANCELLATION
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your order has been submitted and made the payment, it can no longer to be modified. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been in our fulfillment center database. hence, submitted orders will be shipped. As an alternative, returns may be possible. Please check our Refund Policy and follow the instructions.
REFUND AND RETURNS
My item is arrived but damaged, what should I do?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item. for more info, please check our Refund Policy page.
Pack it and ship it back to us. First, email us help@livehealthyfit.com for the procedure. Once we will receive your damaged product, We will send you a new item free of cost!
